At Leadership SouLutions, we know that "Today's Children are Tomorrow's Leaders". With that in mind I am proud to announce the launch of my first children's book "LiLe's Missions Begin" as part of the World of Waters series.
In the series I explore leadership from a child's point of view through awareness and modeling behaviors by inviting tomorrow's leaders into a world of adventure where LiLe sees the very real impacts of the choices of today's leaders.
Now available for pre-order on Amazon.com and publishing on November 15, 2024, just in time for the holidays, this book is a must have for every child with a sense of adventure and love for the ocean.

Book 1 Description: LiLe's Missions Begin | World of Waters Children's Book Series
LiLe is a mermaid disguised as a human, living in the Hawaiian Islands with her loving parents—an anthropologist and a marine biologist. To protect her true identity, LiLe will never transform into a mermaid's tail; instead, King Neptune has gifted her magical swim fins that allow her to glide through the water like one of the ocean's own. With her mermaid powers, LiLe can hold her breath for long periods and communicate with the sea creatures around her.
Homeschooled and traveling the world alongside her parents, LiLe is more than just a student of cultures and ecosystems—she's also a young leader with an extraordinary mission. As Neptune’s chosen one, LiLe receives guidance from him on how to help protect the waters of the world and the creatures within. Through each adventure, she learns valuable lessons about empathy, leadership, and the impact of small actions.
