Award-Winning Coaching: My coaching intensives in India and the Philippines led to significant reductions in BIP (Business Improvement Plan) for three different BPOs, earning me second place in a quarterly award ceremony. High Level Leadership Facilitation: During my 19-year tenure at Expedia Group, I co-facilitated the "Leadership Expectations" program globally, up to the VP level. My work spanned regions, including APAC, EMEA and North America, where I influenced senior leaders to embody authentic leadership excellence.
Facilitation & Coaching Across Continents: I facilitated many times the program, "Coaching for Success" and led coaching in BPOs across the globe, including India, the Philippines, El Salvador, USA, Canada, Brazil, Egypt, China, Malaysia and more. My work focuses on enhancing performance, quality, and customer experience by integrating coaching with business outcomes.
Leadership with a Coaching Habit: I was instrumental in the instructional design of a course that integrated Daniel Goleman’s 6 Leadership Styles with coaching tools, enabling leaders to apply coaching techniques in their daily practices. After years of delivering coaching, I realized that while coaching is critical, blended leadership styles were the route to long term and sustainable performance and easing the distress of change management.
Coaching Endorsement: I co-created a globally recognized coaching endorsement rubric, ensuring that coaches met the highest standards of excellence. My expertise was sought after by name to provide coaching intensives, especially in high-stakes situations where BPOs were at risk due to performance issues.
